Are you in the Squeeze? Tell us your Story. Just keep it short ;)
What does it really look like to care for an aging parent while managing the rest of your life? Tell us a story in 200 words or less, that captures the heart of your experience in the squeeze—whether it’s the laughter, the frustrations, or the quiet moments in between. Maybe it’s your dad insisting he’s fine while wearing two different shoes, or that time your mom misplaced her glasses (again). Engaging with your siblings or other loved ones. We want to hear the real, unfiltered moments that define this journey.
Stories in the Squeeze is a collection of short, candid stories from people like you, revealing the humor and humanity in caring for our aging parent. If you can, include a photo—something that adds depth to your narrative, whether it’s a selfie, a snapshot, or a cherished moment.
We will publish the most compelling entries—funny, heartwarming, or poignant. All stories must be true and previously unpublished. Join the conversation and share your story in the squeeze.
